These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "the Player") and ba993 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the ba993 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account services accessible at ba993.club.

Access to ba993 and the use of any of its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

Where ba993 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether by shared device, shared payment method, shared IP address, or matching personal details — ba993 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold balances pending a full review.

In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all ba993 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to withdrawable cash by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements on ba993 are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution rates. Contribution rates for each game type are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

All bets placed on ba993 sports betting markets and all play on ba993 casino games are subject to the following rules. These rules apply in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published elsewhere on the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ba993 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where ba993 determines that a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• ba993 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, where the correct odds would have been materially different. In such cases, the stake is returned in full to the player's account.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). ba993 does not consider unofficial or preliminary results for settlement purposes.
• ba993 uses real-time data feeds to update live in-play betting markets. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, ba993 is not liable for any delay, interruption, or error in live data that affects the availability or pricing of in-play markets.
• Casino games are governed by the rules embedded in each game's interface, as supplied by the respective game provider. Players are encouraged to read the game rules before wagering. ba993 is not responsible for player misunderstanding of game mechanics.
• Maximum win limits apply to both sports bets and casino sessions. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page. Winnings exceeding the published maximum win will be capped at that maximum amount.
• ba993 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where it deems such limits necessary for risk management purposes.

Any winnings generated through the exploitation of software bugs, game glitches, or system errors are invalid and will be voided. Players who identify a bug or error are required to stop play immediately and report the issue to ba993 support. Continued play after identifying an error may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba993 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with ba993 games, betting markets, or account functions without prior written authorisation from ba993.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, game participants, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game available on ba993.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (including accounts in other people's names) to circumvent bonus limits, account restrictions, or self-exclusion decisions.
• Using ba993 in connection with money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any ba993 software, game engine, or security system.
• Exploiting any vulnerability, loophole, or error in the ba993 platform, payment system, or bonus structure for financial gain.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks imposed by ba993.

Players may request voluntary closure of their ba993 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to the player's registered payment method in the normal course.

ba993 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A determination by ba993 that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Prolonged inactivity, as defined by ba993's dormant account policy (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described on the platform's payment policy page).

Where an account is closed by ba993 due to a breach of these Terms, ba993 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account unless required to do so by applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure or market exit — ba993 will process all eligible balances to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who have been self-excluded from ba993 are prohibited from re-registering under a new account during the self-exclusion period. ba993 will use reasonable efforts to identify and close any re-registered accounts that appear to belong to self-excluded individuals.
